Peter Cullum, Chairman
Peter is the Group Chairman at Towergate Partnership.

After a distinguished career in the insurance industry spanning 28 years in Royal Insurance, Commercial Union and ITT London & Edinburgh before leading Economic Insurance's management buy-out and subsequent sale to Hiscox plc in 1995.

Peter created Towergate Underwriting Group in 1997 and then led the formation of the Folgate Partnership at the end of 2001 and in 2005 merged Folgate Partnership and Towergate Underwriting Group to form the Towergate Partnership.

In 2005, Peter won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Peter was appointed non-executive Chairman of Paymentshield following the acquisition in November 2006.

Andy Homer, Non Executive
Andy is Chief Executive Officer at Towergate Partnership. He has worked in the insurance business since 1971. His career includes appointments as General Manager of Commercial Union UK (now part of Norwich Union) and CEO of Axa Insurance UK.

He was Chairman of the Motor Insurance Bureau from 1998 to 2001 and President of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2002/3.

Andy became Chief Executive Officer at the Folgate Partnership in March 2002 and subsequently Towergate Partnership in 2005.

He joined the Board of Paymentshield as a non executive in November 2006.

Kenny Maciver, Non Executive
Kenny is the Group Managing Director at Towergate Partnership. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1980 and a chartered insurer in 1990. He has held various senior positions including managing Director of Lombard and GAN.

Kenny joined Towergate in May 2000 and was managing director of Towergate Stafford Knight and chairman of Towergate's commercial division. Since July 2001, he has worked with Peter Cullum developing the business plan and raising finance for both Folgate Partnership and Towergate Partnership.

He joined the Board of Paymentshield as a non-executive in November 2006.

Tony Proverbs, Non Executive
Tony is Group Sales and Marketing Director at Towergate Partnership. He commenced his career with Guardian Royal Exchange and Black Sea and Baltic, where he held a variety of senior sales roles.

In 1985, he moved to Economic Insurance to focus on scheme development. Tony became Sales Director of Hiscox before joining the management team of Towergate from its commencement.

Ian Patrick, Non Executive
Ian is Group Finance Director at Towergate Partnership. He is a chartered accountant having trained in Edinburgh with BDO Binder Hamlyn qualifying in 1991. He joined Highway Insurance in 1999 where he was ultimately appointed Group Finance & Operations Director.

Ian joined Towergate Partnership as Finance Director in July 2006
