Making a Claim

The benefit of your insurance policy with Paymentshield is the service given to you when you most need help.

If you want to make a claim under your Buildings & Contents policy, you should contact the relevant number for your policy.

If you are a victim of theft, vandalism or something is lost or damaged away from your home, inform the police first and ask for an incident number.

We will register the claim from the details you provide and tell you what to do next.

  • Saturday: 8.00am - 1.00pm
  • Sunday: Closed

  • 0845 6011 060 and select option 2
