Subject to the standard policy conditions, we will meet the cost of returning the buildings to their normal condition (up to the maximum sum insured of £300,000).

• Loss of rent receivable, because of an insured cause, is covered up to 15% of the buildings sum insured in the event that the property becomes uninhabitable.
• Property owner's liability of up to £2 million
• Cover continues for up to 90 days between each tenancy allowing you time to remarket your property
• Accidental Damage to Buildings (at an additional cost)
