FreeFirst Buildings & Contents Insurance
With our FreeFirst B&C product option, your customer doesn't pay any premiums for the first two months from the policy start date.
This two month deferred premium option also extends to any optional extras such as Home Emergency Cover, Legal Expenses Cover, Accidental Damage and Personal Possessions Cover if selected.
BestQuote Buildings & Contents Insurance
Our BestQuote B&C product option is our lowest premium option, with no deferred premium option. Your customers can still select a range of optional extras including Home Emergency Cover, Legal Expenses Cover, Accidental Damage and Personal Possessions Cover.
Quotes and applications for FreeFirst and BestQuote Buildings & Contents Insurance are available via Inertia, our award winning quotation software.
Standard Cover Limits
Both FreeFirst and BestQuote products offer the following standard cover limits and benefits:
- £300,000 buildings reinstatement cover
- £40,000 contents cover
- Up to 30% (5 years) No Claims Discount
- 15% (2 years) Introductory No Claims Discount for first time buyers of Home Insurance
- Variable excess options ranging from £50 to £500 to suit your customers' needs
Increased Cover Limits with B&C Extra
Should your customers require an increased cover limit on their Buildings & Contents Insurance, then our B&C Extra Option, available on both FreeFirst and BestQuote, offers the following limits:
- Up to £500,000 buildings reinstatement cover
- £60,000 contents cover
Please note: Any properties with 7 to 8 Bedrooms must be quoted with B&C Extra cover
