Password Reset Instructions
If you have forgotten your password and you would like to reset it, please
enter your Registered Individual number below and click ‘Continue’. Once you
have clicked ‘Continue’ you will receive an email, containing further
instructions on how to reset your password. If for any reason you have
forgotten or you do not have you Registered Individual number, please see the
instruction below for how to obtain your registered Individual number.
Forgotten RI Number Instructions
If you have forgotten your Registered Individual number, please contact our
Broker Support Help Desk on 08450 615 100. The lines are open 8am to 7pm,
Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturday. Alternatively, please email
brokers@paymentshield.co.uk to request your Registered Individual
number.
