Providing an end to end business solution

The process begins with Inertia, which allows you to generate quotations and submit applications for your clients. Then by signing up to our Email Notifications Service you will receive an automatic email confirmation to confirm the status of your client's submitted application.

If you are directly authorised, you can also register to use our Policy Update Facility to place accepted insurance applications into force and finally our Online Business Reports service allows you to download all your paper case advices.

This provides you with a quick, simple and efficient end to end business solution for all your general insurance cases.

Getting Started

If you already have a Paymentshield Agency, but do not have a copy of our Inertia quotation software you can order your copy online.
