Smarter and Faster ways of working with our new Online Business Services

Historically we have relied on a paper based system of working together and all your business case reports have been posted to you. Your feedback showed that this has presented unacceptable delays in receiving the information you need when you need it. You want to instantly know the status of your customer's applications and be able to access your business reports when it's convenient for you. Therefore as part of our commitment to providing you with faster and more efficient ways of working with us, we now have two new services to offer you.
Online Business Reports
Our Online Business Reports service allows you to securely login and view all your Pending, Completed and Cancelled case reports. You can choose to view the status of your customer's applications from a selection of date ranges before viewing and downloading your case reports.
When you sign-up for this online service we will stop posting you your paper case reports. This means you will receive less paperwork from us and be able to view the status of your customer's applications much quicker than relying on paper notifications to be posted to you. You can register online to access this service now.
Email Notifications
Our Email Notification service sends you an email when you have submitted a customer's application, to inform you that the application is Pending, Completed or has been Declined. You can also receive an email to provide immediate notification whenever your customer cancels their insurance policy with us, so that you can contact them straight away.
When you sign-up for our Email Notification service we will stop posting you your paper case reports. This means you will receive less paperwork from us and be informed of the status of your customer's applications instantly, rather than relying on paper notifications to be posted to you.
The Email Notification service is only available to people who are registered as the Controller of the Paymentshield Branch. A Controller refers to those individuals who control policy setting, direction or operation and are likely to include directors, partners, Chief Executive Officers and sole traders. Before signing up for the Email Notification service, you will need to declare and confirm that you are registered as the Controller and therefore authorised to register for this service.
