Main Exclusions
- Any loss or damage to buildings caused by wet rot or dry rot
- Storm or flood damage to fences, hedges and gates
- Loss or damage by some events which occurs after the insured property has been unoccupied for more than 90 days
- £200 Excess Payment for Escape of water or oil, Personal Possessions and Accidental Damage or the excess stated in your certificate, whichever is the greater
