We now cater for a whole range of tenancy arrangements including:
- Students
- Multi-occupancy (up to 6 tenants)
- Persons who fund their rent through the Benefits Agency
Covering much more as standard
And our insurance now covers a lot more as standard, including:
- Locks and keys - cover for accidental damage to the locks or theft of the keys to your client's rental property
- Unauthorised use of services - cover for unauthorised use of metered electricity, gas or water
- Landlords contents in communal areas - where contents cover has been selected
- Damage to gardens - caused by attending Emergency Services
- Loss of metered water - following damage to the buildings
