These were Paymentshield CEO Stuart Pender's words at the prestigious 2008 Financial Advisor Service Awards where Paymentshield picked up two awards, an award for 5-star service and also an award for E-commerce after more than 10,500 brokers voted.
The Financial Advisor Service Awards are considered to be the benchmark for service standards within the retail finance market place. And these awards recognise the quality of service and the levels of experience and expertise which Paymentshield offers their brokers.
Financial Advisor conduct a survey and invite all UK intermediaries to voluntarily assess the service levels that product providers offer. This survey is hosted in Financial Adviser and on FTAdviser.com.
Intermediaries were asked to vote on the five different disciplines of service: new business processing, personal contact, central processing, product support and electronic business. They were only asked to assess service levels on companies that they do business with.
This system is totally transparent and the results are a true reflection of how intermediaries recognise service levels of every product provider. This year a record 10,500 intermediaries voted in the FA Service Awards which means the 5-star rating is a clear recognition that Paymentshield service levels are of an exceptionally high standard.
On winning the award, Stuart commented: "Of course we're delighted that our clients think so highly of us. It reflects the hard work and dedication of everyone here at Paymentshield."
