Paymentshield Launches Offline Landlord Quotation Facility
In response to the growing demand for buy-to-let property, Paymentshield today announced the launch of its BestQuote Landlords Buildings & Contents insurance onto Inertia, Paymentshield's market leading quotation service.
The new offering is set to save considerable time for intermediaries, enabling them to produce quotations in under a minute and submit signature free applications direct to Paymentshield.
With latest CML statistics revealing a record high for buy-to-let lending in the second half of 2005 of £14.6 billion, the new service is a timely addition to a market which is set to grow even further in 2006.
