Paymentshield launches new Broker Support Team

Paymentshield today announced the launch of its new broker support team. During recent months Paymentshield has invested heavily in its staff training and systems development to ensure that all broker and policyholder contacts are dealt with more efficiently. All queries coming in on the broker support line are targeted to be answered in no more than 30 seconds - and are so far performing comfortably within this target.

The new Broker Support line number is 0845 615 100 and should be used by brokers as their main point of contact with Paymentshield. As a result an immediate improvement in call handling and service support should be visible.>

The new Broker Support team is another step in Paymentshield's ongoing strategy to achieve customer excellence in all business areas.>
