Celebrating women of Paymentshield

As today is International Women’s Day, we thought it was a great time to showcase the women of Paymentshield.

In January 2022, after 6 years in financial services and 4 years as a Telephone Business Development Manager, where she has helped advisers up and down the country grow their business through general insurance, Danielle Goodwin transitioned to her new role as a Regional Sales Manager.

Danielle’s new role will see her travelling around the Northwest, meeting advisers face to face and helping them grow their GI business.

She said about her new position:

"I am excited to get out and meet the advisers that I will be working with this year, and I am looking forward to helping advisers in the Northwest exceed their growth goals for GI. I am passionate about putting the customer first and going above and beyond.”

Emma Green, Head of Sales added:

"For me Danielle is the epitome of someone who has taken full responsibility for her own thoughts and actions and treats each day as a new day, embracing whatever is thrown at her and not dwelling on what went wrong yesterday but what can go right today. 

"This responsibility has led Danielle to challenge the norm, break through the noise that others create when things might not be going their way and instead of leaning towards the bias that creates she has done her own thing her way.

She has put herself out there every time an opportunity has been created to learn or do more and this has led to her becoming a top performer in our telephone team and her passion, hunger and desire to achieve more has seen her progress to be our youngest internally promoted Regional Sales Manager!”
