Paymentshield welcomes new insurer to its Tenants’ Contents panel

We’re happy to announce the appointment of AmTrust Specialty to our Tenant’s Contents Insurance panel, who will now sit alongside Tradex and Allianz.

We’re continually looking to enhance our panel, with the aim of enabling our distribution partners to offer a quote to a higher proportion of tenants and facilitate more competitive pricing.

This new addition demonstrates our commitment to preserving the panel’s robustness against a backdrop of insurers withdrawing from the personal lines market.

In 2024, we saw strong growth in the lettings sector, with record new business sales.

The addition of new insurers comes on the back of recent enhancements to Paymentshield’s Tenants’ Contents Insurance, following the addition of further protections for damage that might be caused by a pet to a landlord’s property, with cover extending up to £10,000.
