Paymentshield are thrilled to have won Vita’s General Insurance (GI) Partner of the Year at their 2022 awards which took place earlier this week in Cardiff.
Vita was established in 2010 by two close friends, who shared the same vision - to be trusted as the fairest and most credible insurance brokerage, providing advice from experts that genuinely care about getting the right solution for their clients. They help protect the things that matter most in life, by arranging protecting and insurance solutions.
The award was voted for by GI advisers which makes it even more special.
Vita shared a number of reasons advisers gave for voting for Paymentshield which included:
‘Very thorough, great broker support team, affordable and have only ever had one time where they couldn’t cover the client.’
‘Quickest service & always lovely and polite.’
‘I’ll vote for Paymentshield as they offer very competitive rates for new builds, which I mostly seem to be quoting for these days, their eligibility is more lenient than other panels regarding flooding, usually the cheapest provider for just contents as well. Also, shout out to Neil who is a sound guy.’
‘I would nominate Paymentshield for their support and contact. Shout out to Neil.’
‘They are always helpful when you need them.’
Neil Parfitt account manager for Vita said, “It was a great night and brilliant to see a firm providing awards specifically for general insurance as it is so often overlooked in award ceremonies.”
Paymentshield has worked closely with Vita since they started advising on GI five years ago and look forward to working with them and helping them further develop the support they offer their clients.
