We're able to offer your clients advice on your behalf ensuring those customers receive full continuity of service following the advice they received during the mortgage process. All we need is your client’s name, contact details, the type of insurance they need help with and when they’d like us to contact them. 

Or, you can opt your client into our online service if they'd prefer to buy in their own time. We'll then send an instant price directly to the customer by email or text with a link to Paymentshield’s online platform where they can confirm their details and cover levels before buying the policy.

As soon as a client is referred to Paymentshield you’ll be able to track their journey from start to finish so you have full transparency of progress and the ultimate outcome. 

 

 

How does it work?

Step 1 – Login to Paymentshield’s Adviser Hub

Step 2 – Go to the referral section from the main menu

Step 3 – Decide to refer the client for an advised conversation over the phone or opt them into our online service to receive an instant quote

Step 4 – Submit the form with the client's name and contact details

Step 5 – Check the details then leave it to us!

What options are available?

Paymentshield is able to offer quotes to referred customers for Home or Landlord's Insurance.

Both of these insurance products are rated 5 Stars by Defaqto so you can be assured your client will be receiving quality cover that's tailored to their needs. 

You can choose to refer your client to have an advised conversation over the phone (with the option to tell us exactly what day and time is best to contact them) or you can opt them into our online service where they can get an instant quote and complete their purchase online.

The choice is yours...

If your client would like to get advice from us over the phone, you can either fill in the referral form yourself or let your clients complete themselves by sharing a web link or by inviting them to scan a QR code which can be viewed or downloaded from within Adviser Hub.

Both the link and QR code are unique to you, so we’ll know exactly where the referral has come from and you can add these to any of your business’ customer communications if you'd like to encourage your clients to self-refer.

Alternatively, you can request for your client to be sent a quote by email or text with a link to enable them to arrange their home insurance themselves online.

As well as offering a quick and easy referral form along with a link or QR code to share directly with your customers, Adviser Hub offers a dedicated referral dashboard so you can see at a glance where each customer is in the sale process as well as being able to view all of your referral business at a glance.

You can view and edit all the referrals that have been made via your QR code or referral link within Adviser Hub including a full history of all the communications with the customer.

You can also edit any of the leads which means if your customer changes their mind about when’s best to contact them or realises they’ve made a mistake when completing the form themselves, you can instantly update their details on their behalf.
