What may not be covered...
Our personal possessions cover is designed to cover unforeseen events, but it doesn’t cover every eventuality. For example, loss or damage that happens after more than a total of 60 days outside of the UK during the current period of insurance, will not be covered. We also don’t cover damage to sports equipment whilst in use.
We won't cover liability resulting from use of any electric pedal cycle while:
anywhere outside of the United Kingdom, within the United Kingdom where there is a legal requirement to pay Vehicle Excise Duty for road use see www.gov.uk/electric-bike-rules for more information
Your personal possessions cover limits
If your contents limit is £75,000 (which is our standard contents limit) the most you'll be able to cover for personal possessions away from the home is £22,500. If we've increased your contents limit to £100,000 through our plus plan, the most you'll be able to cover for personal possessions away from the home is £30,000
